This is Linkettachu. Otherwise known as Linky or Linketta.

The Bio written: Linkettachu is a friendly acara who likes the icy mountains and loves to battle. She had a nice childhood. When Bowsier came along, she had a short love interest in him. Bowsier liked her too and they soon became a couple. Their relationship didn't last long when Bowsier started acting like a player. She completely forgot about her roommate and had a love affair with a Shoryu named Zipplox. Other than romance problems, Linkettachu is a tough fighter. She loves to help those in worry and tries her best to impress them. When we say, she loves to help, we mean "LOVE TO HELP". She won't let anyone get hurt around her, as she is the protective type. She also loves decorating and loves sparkly things.
