Dawn is a swan who was magically transformed into a human through mysterious means. Now, she spends her time learning about her new body, trying to make friends and learning everything she can about life as a human.

She is very curious about human behavior and culture, and enjoys imitating daily activities. She’s a very kind person, and loves to make friends. Naturally, as she was once a swan, she loves to swim and dance on beautiful days, and dreams of becoming a synchronized swimmer, or “swimming dancer”, as she tends to put it. She is also somewhat naive, often walking around without wearing clothes (as a swan, she lived most of her life without them) and occasionally falling into dangerous predicaments. She can be excitable when learning something new, like how a part of her human body works or what humans like to do in their pastime.

Humorously, she still follows her swan-like instincts even with her human body, such as trying to fly (and face-planting into the ground), upending to eat pondweed underwater (exposing her bottom end) and sleeping in a nest (with added accessories). People tend to find these habits amusing though, so she continues to do it if she gets a positive reaction.

Was she always meant to be a human? Did nature correct its error? We may never know.
