i don't have many rules about my designs really, nor do i have a public blacklist as i find them stressful for both parties. however my one rule is if we are ex-friends/have had issues in the past/i have you blocked do not seek out my designs or use others to get ahold of them! if i find out this has occured, i will just ip block anyone involved and potentially revoke the design.

• do not sell a design obtained from a trade or recieved as a freebie, for any form of currency unless additional art has been added to their gallery. (e.g. art you have made, recieved from trades or art you have commissioned!)
• feel free to redesign my designs as you see fit! however, refrain from redesigning them beyond recognition & do not remove my credit for the base design.
• if a design of mine has been redesigned beyoned recognition, which generally I do not condone, I may choose to revoke my design credit.
• do not list my characters with a certain "tier" of design quality, e.g. "low quality" "mid-quality" ect, this makes me highly uncomfortable.
• once you own a design of mine, you can do whatever you wish with it. you may NOT use my designs to promote/create pedophilic/loli/shota content. doing so will result in permanent blacklisting.
• my work will never be avaliable for nft purposes or for ai to use and learn from.
• my designs may be used for commercial purposes if discussed personally with me first.
• do not make parent/sibling/related adoptable sheets or related designs inspired by my work, without my explicit written permission first.
• you may give my designs species forms/turn species designs into non-species designs.
• if you no longer want one of my designs and cannot trade them for whatever reason, and are thinking about deleting them, feel free to consider returning them to me! this is not mandatory, but appreciated!
• have a really old design of mine (3+ years)? please credit me off-site or credit kingcarnival instead!
