MEOWOOF TERMS OF SERVICE 2023

By owning any of my designs at any point in time, you automatically agree to these terms and conditions. Failure to adhere to them will result in an appropriate reaction. Reactions may vary from being blocked to being publicly blacklisted or called out. These rules are not exhaustive by any means. I am free to blacklist any person for any reason, including reasons not listed here. However, I will not heavily penalize users who break rules not listed here. I reserve the right to add my artwork and designs, regardless of ownership status, to my digital portfolios.

GENERAL RULES

1.) Do not sell, co-own, trade, or gift my designs to blacklisted users. I can and will revoke designs than fall into the hands of blacklisted persons, no matter how they ended up there.

2.) Do not send blacklisted users unwatermarked versions of my designs or art for any reason. I can and will blacklist you.

3.) Do not trade my designs to anyone off-site. If the person you would like to trade my design to doesn't have a toyhou.se account, message me and I will provide you with an invite code.

4.) Do not sell my designs for any digital currency.

5.) Do not use my designs commercially for any reason without my explicit permission. An additional fee may be applied if you wish to use my artwork or designs commercially.

6.) Do not use my designs as trade fodder. For the purpose of this agreement, "trade fodder" is defined as the act of obtaining a character design with the intention to trade/sell it based on the fact that it belongs to a closed species or due to the popularity of the designer.

7.) Do not raffle off my designs for any reason.

8.) Do not resell a character for more than it is worth. Freebies and designs obtained via raffles have a base worth of $0. Personal art counts towards a character's overall worth only if you have set commission prices prior to the piece in question being made.

REDESIGNING

1.) You may commission other artists to redesign my designs.

2.) Do not turn my designs into closed species characters without contacting me first. 

3.) If you have received a design from me that was created to represent a specific minority, do not remove features that allow them to be identified as such. This includes but is not limited to race swapping, making curly/coily hair straight, removing mobility aids and other aids from disabled characters, etc.

4.) You may make small edits to a character's original art. If the art was completed within the last year, I can edit it for you.
