i'm honestly rlly chill w/ my designs. do whatever you want EXCLUDING:
freebie flipping / putting characters with no base value up for sale (ex. if they're from a raffle, gift, etc). If they have added value (w/ art or other) you are free to do whatever. the added art will make it have base value
giving any of my characters to anyone on my blacklist whatsoever. this will also get you blacklisted. you cannot offer for a character just to give them to a blacklisted user either.
