Cherubs, or Cherubim, are distinguishable by their four wings and back legs, usually those of lambs or goats. They wear from one to four faces; the first face is a simple, vaguely humanoid one. As they mature, their faces change according to their personalities, feats or special events they participate in.

As they interact with mortals, they might get tainted and eventually corrupted, a dangerous state that leads to their falling and eventual demonhood. A fallen cherub, or demon, will have a broken up halo or no halo at all.
