got an idea for a new DBZ OC. inspired by the Dragon Ball Online concept art that had frieza race with hair.
he's a soldier who helps his squad take over planets, but he refuses to kill anyone. he steps aside and lets his partners do the deeds instead. his other soldier peers see him as a weakling because of his refusal to kill.
He is standoffish and frustrated being a galactic soldier. he hates tyranny but is forced to aid his ruler's expansion.
He is waiting for his opportunity to fight back and right all the wrongs he helped with. some kind of powerup, new friends to help him... he just knows that if he acts out now, it would only end in his death. he may be strong, but he's not strong enough to fight an army alone. He has a strong sense of justice, but immense guilt because of his lack of action in the past. This guilt can easily be used against him...
