Dreamweaver, better known as Lullaby, is my re-imagining of Sandman, the mythic bringer of dreams.

She is the Guardian of Dreams. Being the Guardian, Lullaby possesses various magical powers that involve sleep and dreams. All dreams she creates are good & pleasant. She can sense anyone who's asleep and know when & where to send them a good dream.  Lullaby is also able to hear the dreams of every creature and every person on Earth.

Lullaby utilizes her dream powers through her Dreamsand. This dreamsand is stored inside her tail and the golden bulbs at the top of her horns. This sand can be released through either the large ports on her tail or from her horns. The sand is entirely under her control & used for a variety of purposes.

Every stream of Dreamsand is a good dream waiting to be experienced, and Lullaby can make anyone fall asleep by exposing them to this sand. When someone gets a straight exposure of Dreamsand, they almost instantly fall asleep on the spot, and images made of dreamsand appear over their heads, showing what they're dreaming about.

Lullaby doesn't speak lest she wakes anyone up. She instead communicates and expresses her feelings by forming images using the Dreamsand above her head.  Although mostly peaceful and calm, Lullaby finds those who threaten children intolerable and will aggressively attack those who do without warning. She cares deeply for children and puts their well-being before her own.

Lullaby is able to float and fly. She is lighter than most beings and is not affected by gravity the way humans are, so she hovers above the ground and can levitate.
