These people are banned if they have broken rules or are seen as a danger to the art community as a whole.

Unforunately due to no fault of ours or yours, discord public servers allow spam-bots into our server every day. If you were banned within the same day you joined the server, it is because you did not make an introduction and looked like a spam-bot. We apologize for the inconvience! Please, send us a note here if that has happened.
What can blacklisted uers do... and not do?
For starters, blacklisted users CANNOT own a perfpal. Any perfpal they created themselves and they own, is voided completely.
If you own a perfpal they made, you're ok! And we offer you a free redesign ticket so you can distance yourself from the OG creator!
Any perfpal NOT made by them that they own is in a half-voided state. The character can be considered a Perfpal again once it is transferred to someone who isn't voided.
Please contact the staff via note or discord if you need to do this
They cannot rejoin the perfpals world or discord. They are banned from every event we hold and their perfpal MYOs + items become voided and can never be used
So do NOT buy/trade for any of their perfpal stuff! >_<

What's done is done and we have moved on: you should too. We do not condone harassment please do not go out of your way to cause trouble with these people. These are just users you cannot do buisness with, and can never return to our world. The reason why we include what they have done is simply to just explain why we would not like to do buisness with them.

Mistreatment of staff, harassing others, guilting others into selling and not buying perfpals they wanted, spoke-ill of people they did not like in dms, called a child they didn't like a "pedophile" with absolutely 0 evidence , tried to guilt server owners into banning/unmodding poeple they just didn't like, told others they wanted certain staff dead, told a member with a mental illness that they didn't understand their own mental illness, threatened people they did not get along with, and made alt accounts to evade bans
Controversial Art-Choices:
Tried to sell adopts with the same designs as popular designer Snoberry. Whenever they were banned from their amino, they broke their TOS by trying to get their then-husband to sell their designs for them. They also stole someone's exact snoberry design and got a fursuit of the character without the real-owners knowing. When the real owner found out they refused to give out the name of their fursuit maker because they didn't want to get more evidence against them (although the suit was enough.)
How they acted after the ban:
Tried to charge back (aka scam) moderators out of artwork/perfpal items/customs they recieved. Tried to pin the perfpals moderators against one another. Tried to get perfpals moderators removed from other servers. Asked everyone to censor their perfpals because it was triggering to them.

Creating perfpals that are from videogames that contain explicit sexual crimes. When questioned, they claimed that they changed the characters to not look like them which was a lie. They have also allowed minors to commission them for NSFW artwork
