1. If you agree to receive one of my designs you are agreeing to my Terms of Use because I will leave a message at the same time as sending a character created by me!
2. All characters registered under this comment are under these rules, otherwise you can do whatever you want with them!
3. Don't delete my designs/art from ToyHouse! If you delete one of my designs without telling me a valid reason, I have the right to re-upload it for myself.
4. Do not resell, retrade or regift without my permission! To request permissions read this!
5. Don't remove LGBT+ characteristics from my designs, you can reverse trans per trans (Example: if the character was transfem, you can redesign them as transmasc), but don't remove LGBT+ characteristics completely!
6. Don't remove disability characteristics from my designs! that's ableist!
7. Yes, you can redesign my characters, but if it doesn't look like the design I initially created, I recommend that you create the redesign as a separate character, don't credit me in the new design!
8. You are not allowed to remove the links between my designs and this post!
9. Do not transfer my designs to accounts that are on my public blacklist!
10. Yes, you can hide my designs, I don't need auth or key, just don't remove the link between my design and this post!
