-Once you have paid the adopt, NO refunds are permited.
- You can change the design and gender! (but don't make them unrecognizable)
-You can't resell the adopt for more than you buy it, unless it has more art
-Credit the original designer (_Fraan3_)
- Do not remove from Toyhouse for any reason, if unwanted, send back to _Fraan3_
