A sea witch

"goddess" or "diety" of the sea, sailors and pirates alike have her visage as a figurehead on their ships. But they are only familiar with her large form, leaving her small form to go unnoticed in kingdoms or amongst the people.

working on lore: she was the one who injured bermuda (or warned him of injury and his prideful ass ignored it). they are on better standing now but she is akin to a force of nature, unpredictable. may also have blessed Seiko with his weather abilities, or may have taught him how to use them. either way he looks up to her.

small/regular form she is a bubbly girl. very sweet. sparkly. love her. big form is much more imposing and less readable, more ominous.
