Exiliumsax

Exiliumsax is an ancient dragon with a long and troubled past. Her original name was Falcesaux due to her family heritage being close to the ground species like humans and Beastmen. Falcesaux was a determined dragon willing to achieve her goals no matter the costs. The Dragonlord Placidusax saw Falcesaux's potential. Falcesaux would live in Farum to be trained in an elite group of Dragons to weaken any enemies to their rule. For a while, the ancient dragon would follow her directives from the Dragonlord, and cooperate with other ancient dragons like Lansseax, Fortissax, and Gransax. Falcesaux would gain the respect of all three by being able to learn more lighting-based attacks and being able to look more human. However, just as it seemed things were going well for the ancient dragon, the Erdtree would come to power and with unfortunate events would cause her to be a prominent ancient dragon to have her birthname erased from history.

The first event of her downfall is when during a battle, not being strong enough to prevent Placidusax from losing one of his heads in battle. While she had one of her horns removed some ancient dragons believed that she was responsible for this with whispers of Falcesaux trying to assassinate him and become Elden Lord herself. While these rumors would die down, they would roar up when Farum Azula would crumble in the sky, and both the dragonlord and god were nowhere to be found. Falcesaux would feel scared and go to Gransax who was one of the few that believed her. She would be promoted to help with the invasion of Leyndell. This attack would be a miserable failure that resulted in her friend's death. Falcesaux is devastated by this death and tries to reclaim his bolt, but is found by Godwyn and a group of knights that would become Draconic Tree Sentinels. After being returned at the end of the war, the few ancient dragons left would sentence her to exile from the Lands for her transgressions erase all mentions of her, and give the name Exiliumsax. Before the ancient dragon left she cursed them that they would not be spared an embarrassing fate like they did to her and that she would return dead or alive.

Exiliumsax would be in an area not far away from the Lands Between where she would grow angry and bitter as she would beat herself for everything that had happened. She knew she had to wait for the right moment to return and it came in the form of the Shattering. However, she would be patient waiting for how that civil war would play out. When she felt it was right she would make her way to the Consecrated Snowfield where she would run across Romulus. She had to keep her identity a secret until Romulus would come across mentions of her original name in Lenydell. When the truth was revealed Exiliumsax would try and kill him and his friends. After the fight and pacification of the ancient dragon, she finally confesses the real reason for coming back to the Lands Between. She wanted to return the Bolt of Gransax and return it to Farum Azula to give him a proper burial for her long-time friend.
