Musketeer

BACKGROUND
A seemingly lost egg taken in by humans to a daycare center to be raised in early March and hatching on Easter Day!
The egg always had a chocolate scent to it which stuck to him even after hatching, some say due to this he was destine to hatch on easter with the pokemon having some sort of connection to the holiday.

Upon being adopted one of the children who help work at the daycare center immediately named the egg "Chocoblue" due to the eggs color and smell which ended up being what the local children would primarily call the pokemon while adults found the name rather silly, but they let the kids had their fun.
In more serious situations and when kids aren't around adults call him "Musketeer" after the chocolate bar of the same name. Other pokemon call him Musketeer as well.

Commonly hybrids tend to have some genetic issues and Musketeer is no different with his height being much shorter than his apparent parents. He's around the same size as a pidgeot. (Can be represented shorter)

He has never met his any lugias or reshirams, only knowing he's a mix between them due to overhearing humans discussing it. Though he doesn't seem at all that eager to meet any of them thinking it'd be odd to see or meet what he's a hybrid of.

PERSONALITY
Musketeer is an extrovert who gets along best with humans due to being raised by them. He struggles to connect with other pokemon in the same way.
There are certain humans he's not too fond however such as pokemon trainers since he doesn't like the idea of fighting and from his perspective that's all pokemon trainers do with all their pokemon.
The humans of the town he lives at aren't pokemon trainers and simply live in harmony among them with a daycare nearby that helps look after young ones where he primarily sticks around at due to being attached to it like a nest.

Sometimes he helps incubate eggs at the daycare or watches over them in general as it has a fascination with them.
The daycare owners use him as a mount to help transport eggs or deliver them to their owners as well which he seems to enjoy being a mount.
