A lil tattoo artist! He seems to love drawing on himself! He's actually pretty good for his age, and usually sticks to tattooing himself. But will give one to others for a small fee! He doesn't know how much it costs yet!

Looks like this lil guy is already flexing his talent for his future career!

He does have a mischievous side though. If anyone asks him form something not nice, he will probably draw a dick on them or something else. Of course this gets him in trouble but the guy can run fast!

As an adult, he runs his own tattoo shop and is one of the top modders of programs! He can create glowing tattoos, or even moving tattoos if paid the right amount! He takes his work seriously, and will craft art. Ask him for anything that he deems unworthy, you might get something different, but still something that will blow your socks off.
He still has some of his old tattoos he gave himself as a kid, and doesn't think it's cringe. Everyone starts somewhere, and he can look back and see how far he has come! Tatti still has space on himself and he will likely cover that up over time.

His virus form is a squiggling mass of ink and color, writing and twisting and splattering around as it flies through the air. It's often hard to make out EXACTLY what you are looking at till his head comes into focus again. Only Tatti knows what triggers it, and doesn't like to share. The form is giddy and frantic, and will permanently dye whoever is caught in it's chaotic thrashing. Some folks end up with stains or accidental tattoos this way! The hearts ARE his weak spot, even if they look like scribbles.
