Reselling/Trading:

• You may resell for no more than the price you paid. (The only exception is if you add the value of trades and commissioned art. You can not include art/writing freebies in the resell.)
• You can not sell or resell a design you received in a trade or as a gift.
• You may trade or gift the design as you choose.
• Once you've traded or gifted the design it is no longer yours, you can not demand to have it back.

Edits/Recolors:

• Once you have the design feel free to change it as you see fit. Hair, clothes, body type, etc. It’s yours now.
• All I ask is that you credit me the first time you draw the design/custom. Linking to my Toyhouse is preferred.

Commercial Rights:

• Please seek explicit permission from me before using my designs in anything aside from personal, non-commercial use. I’m not against it, but I would like you to talk to me about it first.
• You may make prints, charms, keychains, shirts, postcards, etc., provided the art is 100% yours and quantity is limited.

Prices:

• Prices are in USD.
• $1 = 100 words.
• Commissions must at 100 words at minimum.
• NSFW is an additional 12%.
• If I exceed the expected word count an extra fee will not be added.

General Information:

• I have a right to deny / refuse a commission.
• Please see my refund policy for cancellations.
• Please note that I will upload the commission to my social media (Archive our Own, Tumblr, and Toyhouse) unless specified to keep it private.
• Payment is to be given upon approval of the rough outline. Until payment is sent the commission is in a sleep status until payment is received.
• I will not accept deadlines / rush orders.
• I will not write NSFW for clients or characters under 18. If I suspect either it will result in an immediate cancellation and blacklist.
• Clients may contact me for progress or updates no more than twice a week. I expect to be in constant communication with the client but if for whatever reason I don’t respond within forty-eight (48) hours feel free to message me again.

Process:

The following is an example of my process for commissions.

• The client fills out the form with the needed information and sends it in.
• I will respond to the client either confirming or declining the form. Upon confirmation price and commission details will be discussed.
• When we’ve (myself and the client) agreed on ideas I will send the client a rough outline of the commission. This is the only stage where major edits or revisions can be made. I will not allow or make major edits once the finished piece is sent. After the outline is approved by the client they are to send payment. Payment will be sent via Stripe / PayPal invoice.
• Once payment has been received the commission details are set / finalized and work begins.
• Upon completion, the commission will be sent via email in .doc format to the client. At this time only minor edits can be made (i.e. rephrasing, removing sentences, etc.) and major revisions (i.e prompt details, characters, re-writes) will be denied.
• Once sent the commission will be posted on my social media if allowed.

Payment:

Stripe invoices are preferred.

• Payment is to be made in USD via Stripe or PayPal invoice.
• Client is not to cover Paypal fees. If desired a tip can be sent to my (ko-fi). Do not pay for services through Friends & Family.
• Payment is to be sent within forty-eight (48) hours after confirmation of the outline. A reminder will be sent if the client has not sent the payment within the allotted time.

Refunds:

• Refunds will be issued in full if for any reason I cannot complete the work.
• Partial refunds up to 50% will be issued if the client chooses to cancel the commission. Refunds depend on the percentage of the word count completed.
• Refunds will not be issued if the client is not satisfied with the final work. I will, however, be willing to do minor edits. I will not redo the entirety of the piece once finalized as I give opportunities for changes at each stage.

Turnaround Time / Delivery / Retention of Files:

• All commissions will be done digitally. (No shipping, Paper Copies, Etc.)
• Commissions are sent via email in .doc / .rtf format. Final word count will be included.
• Unless specified by the client not to, all commissions will be posted to my social media. I will not post the commission until I have confirmed the client has received the document.
• Turnaround time is dependent on word count and queue, but generally take no longer than five (5) days to three (3) months. If the commission is going to take longer than a month I will contact the client to inform them with the reason.
• Please be sure to save your commission; I am not responsible for keeping it once you’ve been given the final piece.

Story Rights and Ownership:

• I (LunaticTimekeeper) retain rights to the writing. Characters used will be credited back to their original owners and remain copyrighted to those owners. Clients may not claim rights to the work whether or not edits were made.
• Minor edits are permitted to be done by the client after completion and delivery. (I.E. Removing Sentences, Rephrasing, etc.)
• Credit is to be linked back to my Archive our Own, Tumblr, and Toyhouse (in order of preference) if posted elsewhere.
• The client may not use the commission for commercial use of any kind unless agreed to prior with explicit permission. Commercial use pieces will be higher in price.
• If the commission includes original characters that do not belong to you; you may not use the commission for commercial use without explicit written permission from the original creator.
