Backstory: 

Rue was born to a human mother and a demon father. When he was born he didn’t look like a demon, he looked like his mother, a human. He lived with his mother on earth, while his father lived in the underworld. (He could visit, just not live on earth)

As he grew up he started to get more demon attributes, such as his tails and horns. When he was 15 he changed into a full demon (I’m still creating this form). When this happened his dad was there and as time went by he helped Rue control it. But this didn’t stop him from wreaking havoc on the human world, he has the ability to control fire, he would burn buildings and much more! His father helped teach him, and while he has calmed down he still creates flames when he’s bored…

When his father felt he was ready, he gave him a dragon. Which he hides in the mountains or in the underworld. (Which ever place he’s in) 

At the age of 19 Rue found another demon, a full blooded one! She goes by Velverosa, they became good friends, they bonded over their childhoods and abilities. After some time she became his partner. (She does not own a dragon)
