DreaminqHeart Global Rules
TERMS OF USE
★ You MUST properly credit me for the design on Toyhouse (if you have an account). Be sure to select "On-Site Creator" and type "DreamingHeart" (without quotes) in the box; I do NOT want to see "http://DreamingHeart" or anything of that nature, that is NOT proper credit.
You must also credit me for the design upon your first submission of any work (yours or otherwise) containing the design to a particular website (this means that, at minimum, you need to credit me once on each website where you choose to share any work containing the design).
Remember, all credits must include a working link back to me!
★ You MUST credit me for any of my artwork! (Must include a link to my DeviantArt (DreaminqHeart) and/or Toyhouse) Also, please do not trace or edit my art in any way. If you want any changes made to the original art, please ask me and I will gladly make the necessary changes for you, if possible!
★ You may make as many changes to the character/design as you like!
★ You may regift, retrade, or resell the design for as much as you like AS LONG AS you are upfront and honest with any potential buyers about how much the design is worth (including original price and added value of any art). Designs obtained through a trade are valued at their original price + the value of any additional art, and are free to be sold for that much! (Or more, again, as long as you are honest about the design's true value)
★ You may use the character/design commercially in your own original, creative works (i.e. comics, fursuits, novels, etc.). However, you may not use any of my artwork commercially (i.e. selling prints of my artwork on t-shirts, mugs, etc.).
★ Running scams with my designs will result in you being immediately blocked and blacklisted. You may keep any designs created by me that you own, but you will no longer be allowed to resell, retrade, or regift them.
★ Please do not gift, trade, or sell any of my designs to anyone on my blacklist. This is to ensure that my designs don't fall into the hands of any known scammers, and to protect me from having to interact with people who I am personally uncomfortable dealing with.
★ I understand that mistakes happen, so please don't worry if you accidentally break one of these rules; you will receive a gentle reminder to follow my TOS, and I will work with you to resolve any issues and/or concerns. However, refusal to follow my TOS, behaving with hostility toward me, and/or deliberate or repeated violation of my TOS will result in you being blacklisted and unable to purchase any more designs from me (although you will be allowed to keep any that you already own).
**NOTE: The above does not apply to scammers; I have a zero-tolerance policy when it comes to scamming (please see my policy on scamming above for more information).

I absolutely do not want to see any of these people being bullied, harassed, or otherwise receiving hate. I do not support that kind of behavior and will not tolerate it.
One offense will get you a warning; multiple offenses will get you blacklisted.
