DESIGN TOS

This applies to all designs I've created, no matter how you've received them. By taking a design or character I've made into ownership, you agree to these terms.

If anything here is broken, I acknowledge there is nothing I can do, as I cannot revoke designs from anyone [with an exception to design shelters]. I just ask for you to follow them. I will blacklist you if you don't comply, however.

• You may use my designs for any personal use as long as they don't glorify/promote hatred, bigotry, self-harm, or anything of the sort.
  • You may turn designs into any fandom you wish!!
  • You may also co-own them, and stuff like that !!
• Under no circumstances can my designs be given, traded, or sold to anyone on my Blacklist. If i catch you giving them to anyone on my Blacklist, you will be Blacklisted yourself.
  • My designs may also not be put into a design shelter under any circumstances, or i will take them back.
• You may use my designs for personal work, but i ask that you do not use them for commercial use without asking me.
  • You may not turn them into closed or community based species. Personal species for your world are fine, just CS and things like them are not.
  • You may also not make multiple versions of them and sell them for profit.
  • Fursuits, and physical items such as plushies or charms are perfectly fine however, and are encouraged!!
  • You may use them in comics or any web series you create, preferably with design credit given.
• No design of mine can be sold for more than you got them for, unless new art is made of them.
  • This applies to freebies as well, you must draw or commission at least one lined and colored drawing of them before they can be sold for any amount other than free.
  • If you are desperate for money, and need it for an emergency or something of the sort- i do not mind you breaking this rule.
  • I also ask that you do not adopt something to immediately resell them. I'd prefer if you adopt them with intention that you are going to keep them. I understand if you lose interest in them or something, but please wait at least a week before putting them back up for adoption.
• You may redesign or alter any design I've made how you like. It can be as different as you wish, i just ask that they at least share some sort of similarity.
  • You may also alter their ref sheet or art they came with to suit the design change.
• NSFW and fetish art may be drawn of my designs as long as both the artist and the owner is 18+, the design is anthro in the picture, the character itself is 18+, it is properly censored and spoiled to the public [users under 18 cannot see it, and it has the nudity and NSFW tags accordingly], and it doesn't promote / is of anything illegal or harmful such as pedophillia, incest, zoophillia, non-con/r*pe, etc. This applies to writing as well as art.
• They must never be minted or used as an NFT under an circumstances. They may also not be sold for any sort of cryptocurrency.
  • Under the same vein, they cannot be fed to an AI
• You must credit me for the original design/artwork, no matter the changes made to it. If enough is changed, you may credit us equally, but i must still be credited in some way.
• All sales are final, and i do not do refunds- though i am willing to cancel a trade if its for art or a custom and you dont think you'll be able to finish / lost interest.
• Please do not delete my designs or art off of toyhouse. Put them up for trade or return them to me if you do not want them.
