Quasar is an insane being made purely of Pulse energy.

Doctor Gregory Gris always was worried about the state of the world. This worry had always made him strive to improve everyone's livelihoods via science, studying ways to create a safe clean and reusable energy source that could allow for humanity to thrive. His benefactors in Titan Industries arranged an interview to promote this scientific endeavor, despite his protests of it being unstable and years from completion. It was during this interview that his worldview changed though, as the energy went haywire and exploded out, causing both him and his interviewer to be turned into pure Pulse energy. It was through another scientist that they both managed to regain their forms, but where the interviewer Lucy Hardwell was upset at this situation, Gris seemed happy. For the first time in his life he felt no worry, in fact he felt nothing at all. His mind was completely blank and it was peaceful for once in his life. He began to realize that his form offered a true way for society to be at peace, yet the others did not understand his point. They barely seemed to understand him at all, he must have been speaking in a manner too advanced for them. He must make them all understand though, and if they must call him Quasar then they shall, but nothing will stop his attempts at achieving true peace.

Powers/Gadgets: Superspeed, Quasar is able to traverse vast distances with ease at speeds beyond light.
Pulse blasts, Quasar is also able to manipulate the Pulse Energy he is comprised of to blast outward to demolish and incinerate enemies or objects
Energy form, Quasar can also transform into pure energy to not only control up machinery and technology, but travel through electrical wires and other energy based machinery
