He's a delivery driver, and also a cat gremlin! This guy seems like a bit of a grump, never smiling, taking his job seriously and being unwilling to engage in outside activities. He is also missing a tooth. Why? Nobody really knows.
He moved to the Pizza City from a different Country and isn't very open about his backstory, if it isn't talking about his current job then he doesn't seem willing to engage. Why would a delivery driver care about his job that much? Well, he doesn't want people thinking he's interesting or anything, he likes not being crowded.
