my stand :)
has the power to open portals using rings that can be tossed and stretched. they can be used to transport just about anything, and can alter the momentum of objects passing from one ring to another. they can also be used to enter the dreams of anyone asleep and in range.
there is an aura around the rings that can be used to damage anyone other than the user if they attempt to enter one of them. it can leave a nasty poison burn/rash. it's still possible for someone other than the user to enter the rings if they endure the pain, though the aura can be removed if needed. the rings can also be manifested without the portal-like qualities to be used as weapons, they can be spun and tossed at high speeds, with or without the poisonous aura.
not very physically strong but surprisingly well suited for combat. relies more on accuracy and speed rather than hard hits.
the lower jaw of its helmet can unhinge and it can breathe out poisonous gas.
