Myla Juile

TW: ABUSE, NEGLECT 

Unlike her sister, Kaana, Myla was born in the US. She's the last child that her parents have.

Myla also has magic powers, just like her family, but she's not nearly as powerful as her sister. Myla had no problems coming into her powers. Though, due to being the last child, her parents neglect her to the point that Kaana is stuck with taking care of her as a child. The two had to gauge the abuse of their family, as well as the outside world together. Myla had a hard time in school, due to a speech impediment, and it took a lot for Kaana to help her. 

Myla grows up thinking that only Kaana cared for her. Despite her sister being very soft-spoken and nice, Myla grew up being quite the opposite. She's loud, curses a lot, and very much tends to avoid people. She'd do anything for Kaana, despite being the younger sibling. Myla has no filter, and would fight someone for her sister. On many occasions, Kaana had to stop Myla from causing a scene for her. 

After Kaana leaves home, Myla is left by herself with her family, who at this point almost completely ignore her. Kaana secretly keeps in touch with Myla, and helps her get emancipated. Once Myla is out of her old home, she thrives in her own studio apartment and has a steady job. She still needs help with schooling, so Kaana helps her while she's in school too.
