Cecillia Baychild is a fishfolk who closely resembles a ribbon eel. She is timid and her social battery tends to run out quickly depending on who she's around. She comes from a bustling underwater coral city but moved once she could to a secluded area so she could have a break from all of the commotion. She enjoys the quietness of the area, though more recently she will take more trips to the city in order to visit the shops and her friends. It's a long drive but Cecillia enjoys the ride as she can listen to podcasts and enjoy the sights of the forest on the way.

She currently works as a secretary for Oscar Strout. The two met by coincidence at a local craft store, where Oscar approached Cecillia and the two hit it off, ending with Oscar promising them a job and a better wardrobe. Usually Cecillia dislikes being approached by strangers, but her encounter with him has directly inspired her to go out to her favorite cafe and talk and work alongside with some of the fellow regulars. Not quite the same as going up to someone out of the blue, but it was a big step for her, and it's how she found her new friend group.

Prefers more masculine clothing, but isn't opposed to more feminine things, they just think suits are cool.
