Design Terms of Use

Trade: Characters can be traded for any reason UNLESS gifted. You’re free to regift but I’d prefer if they weren’t traded unless given additional artwork.
Resale: Characters who were bought *with money only* or partial sale can be resold. As can characters who the current owner has paid for commissioned artwork. Other than this i do not expect my characters to be resold *AT ALL* (this includes DA points, gift cards etc.) If you have added additional art on to the character and think it’s enough to constitute to adding to the characters value you can let me know and I’ll help you figure out if we can add a price to them! Other than this, if i see resale of characters who are not qualified for it I will contact you and ask you to trade them instead.
NSFW: I’d prefer designs I make aren’t exclusively used for NSFW. If you are getting a character directly from me please let me know if you wish to use them for such!
In the case you do own one and are using it for such PLEASE tag it appropriately.
General:
DO NOT USE MY CHARACTERS OR ART FOR NFTS.
NEVER remove my credit from a design unless you ask first and get a yes.
If you would like to use a design for commercial purposes please let me know and we’ll work something out. If you originally PURCHASED a character from me, you already have commercial rights! Same with a design trade.
Original design/ references can be edited but the original MUST remain under the character in some way! However, please do not edit my art to change body type/ race.
I will not trade my characters to anyone who supports or condones nazis, pedophilia and the like. NEVER use my designs for making light of abuse, incest, pedophilia etc. I do not and never will support any of those things, so I never want to see my designs used to uplift those kinds of people. As much as i would like to, though, I cannot and will not be able to revoke designs from anyone for any reason. HOWEVER I reserve the right to enforce my boundaries on my designs and i will not allow them to be used for negative purposes.
Blacklist - Please do not trade these people my designs or give them access to my services (i.e don’t buy commissioned art work from me for them).
