General
- I have the right to refuse any commission
- If I dont respond in a few days, feel free to message me again!
- If you want to approve the sketch before I continue, please let me know at the time of payment so I can do that :)
- If you want something that's not officially on my price list, lmk and we can discuss a price! (i.e. sketch page, ref page, scene, etc)
Payment
- I take payment through cashapp(preferred) or paypal
- I may or may not be willing to accept art payment. I have the right to refuse art payment
- I wont do refunds unless I cannot complete the commission for personal reasons
- Payment is required upfront unless discussed to accept payment after initial sketch
Art Usage
- art may not be used for profit
- You may use commissioned art for personal use but it must be properly credited
- Art may be edited for use in edits, pfps, etc., the signature is not to be removed, and it must be credited.
- You may not remove or obscure my signature
- I do not and will never consent to using my artwork to train A.I, A.I, and A.I "ART". Furthermore, My art is not to be used for AI in ANY capacity or manner.
- I do not and will never consent to my art being sold as NFT's.
- I usually post my art, but can be private upon request.
