Background: Rouge the Bat has concept art where she looked much different compared to how she is now. Originally named Nails and sporting a haircut. I turned that into her own character, with some changes here and there.
My Thought Process: I didn’t change a whole lot since her design was already there. I just added small details such as her belt buckle and boots designs. Also chose her colors.
