Hangs out around the town with her fellow lab rats (mainly Eleven and my friend's OC because what is fanfiction for if not writing it with your pals), but is a bit of a drifter. Friend's OC is her best friend and they view Eleven as a younger sister. Homeless by choice most of the time, sometimes Joyce lets her crash at her place. Has something of a premonition power paired with telepathy, but she finds it uncomfortable to actually use telepathy (is very preoccupied with consent/whether the other person would want her in their head) so only does it as a last resort
