Harper

So Harper is I guess a mer-selkie? As instead of having the traditional seal body to human body she also possesses the third mer-form. Because- man I'm just weak to mermaids. She's a harbor seal!  She loves pranks and mischief and be a bit of a pain for those with less patience.

If you draw her feel free to draw her in different outfits in her human form! She prefers comfy clothes or beachy clothes the most. Please make sure not to make her thin! She is a strong and round lady and proud of it.

Her mer form doesn't tend to wear anything, though if you wanna add some oceany decor that would be okay! She loves beads and stuff, and almost always has braids in her hair.
