Lore so far: She's a nurse/medical student in most universes. She's wheelchair bond half the time and has a very skinny and fragile frame, because she suffers from takayasu arteritis. But she doesn't pity herself from her illness, she weaponizes it. Drugs and medicines are widely available to her which combined in certain ways she has been experimenting with shorten her life but give her a lot of advantages, plus an assisted heart, makes her stronger than the average person. But she plays pretend to avoid being seen as the real threat she is.
