Musty-smelling. Old but could be worse. Possible Mold hasn't taken ahold as severely, perhaps due to the acidity of the coffee element. Moldening spots that exist on the surface seem to be vying for room with the chocolate bloom. Still, it's probably best not to touch it. . .
