He/Him, 21 yr old, centipede demon.

Ritual was an ordinary centipede living in a small suburban garden. His life was simple, navigating the soil and plants, avoiding predators, you know the normal stuff for a centipede.

He was exposed to a strange substance in the soil, a result of a chemical spill from a nearby research facility. The substance had a profound effect on him, causing him to grow in size and develop heightened intelligence. This mutated him but not in a usual way, it seemed darker than that. He was not just a centipede but a hybrid 

Despite his transformation, he maintained his peaceful demeanor. He had times he would lash out since he was almost always in pain in some form thanks to the harmful chemicals. He doesn't mean to cause any harm, but most people are afraid of him just by his looks and his tail, this sometimes means he must do what is necessary to survive if need be.

However, his peaceful existence was disrupted when the research facility discovered Cent’s transformation. They were scientists but these strange "people" are not from the overworld themselves. The chemicals were not any known to man. The occult mystery remains.

Headcanons:

• The pain he faces can be as small as a headache or as worse as a broken bone, there is no way to help the pain.
• He still has venom; it can be in his fangs as well but also his Silvia 
• He likes to eat bugs and sometimes birds
• Keeps bones in his hair from his prey so he can store them,
• Whispers to himself words he feels, if he is angry, he will just whisper angry
• Sensitive to light and sound
