Chizuru

Chizuru, aka Chi(Blood), aka Mad Dog. He's always seems ready to fight or pick up any challenge whatever it may be since he's cocky enough that'd he'd win no matter what. His current obsession is challenging Saya, his eternal rival since that guy keeps running away from him. Still, he's either super naive or just plain stupid cause his one track mind really makes him simple and oblivious to his own feelings.
