Zira's Mother

Zira's poor elderly mother, who developed cataracts some time ago. With poor eyesight and a bad leg, a lot of Zira's pride mates treat her like a useless mouth to feed, but Zira cannot help but have a small soft spot for the unfortunate lioness. She had been offered to stay in the pridelands, of course, but she would hear absolutely -none of it-. She couldn't bear the thought of being without her daughter or grandchildren- to the point that she turned a blind eye to Zira's faults.
