She/her — WIP
A bright and vibrant pearl, assisting under Prophecy. Regal Blue was created years before her sapphires own creation; despite this, they have an almost sisterly bond. Regal Blue and Prophecy care for each other immensely.
Regal Blue Pearl on her own is an extremely high-spirited pearl, and quite chatty, which sometimes lands her in a tough spot with more prim-and-proper pearls and elites.
