Jess is a British, seven foot tall mess. They're constantly sweating and never seen without their sunglasses, even at night, and constantly tripping over themselves. Despite this, or in face because of their nervous demeanor, they're easily coerced into killing for cash--but their loyalty is never promised as if they fear their life they'll turncoat in an instant.
White Noise is Jess's stand they've had since being pierced with a stand arrow. It often comes out, drills swinging, involuntarily when Jess begins to have their daily panic attack, and helpfully makes the situation worse.
