His leadership style is the visionary type for he exudes strong resilience, inspirational charisma, innovative creativity , adventurous audacity and collaborative communication. He has a particular attention towards the ephemeral, especially when taken into consideration within the span of time. He is fascinated by how very often, in life, a second is capable of producing incredible changes.
