[ENG] In case you have acquired the adopt through DA pts (Deviantart currency), please do not resell it at a higher price than you bought it, unless it has extra art.

[ESP] En caso de haber adquirido el adopt mediante pts DA (moneda de Deviantart), favor de no revenderlo a un precio mayor al que lo compraste, a menos que cuente con arte extra.

[ENG] If you acquired the character through art or character trading, you have my permission to resell it at whatever price you see fit.

[ESP] Si adquiriste el personaje pór medio de intercambio de arte o personajes, tienes mi permiso de revenderlo al precio que consideres apropiado.

[ENG] It is not required, but it would be nice to receive the original credits for the character design, any redesign or modification you make to the character is already at your own expense ;D.

[ESP] No es obligatorio, pero seria lindo recibir los creditos originales por el diseño del personaje, cualquier rediseño o modificación que hagas al personaje ya corre por tu cuenta ;D

[ENG] I prohibit the sale separately of any redesign made from the original design of my characters, this to avoid any type of accusation of plagiarism, theft or overselling by other users.

[ESP] Prohíbo la venta por separado de cualquier rediseño hecho a partir del diseño original de mis personajes, esto para evitar cualquier tipo de acusación de plagio, robo o sobreventa de parte de otros usuarios.

[ENG] Try to take a look at my blacklist, you are not obligated to deny access to my adopts to the people who are listed on it, but personally I would not like to see my characters being used as scams or threats to other people.

[ESP] Trata de hecharle un vistazo a mi lista negra, no estas obligado a negar el acceso de mis adopts a las personas que estan enlistadas en ella, pero en lo personal no me gustaría ver a mis personajes siendo usados como estafas o amenazas para otras personas.

Some of the names mentioned here are from users recognized for having received more than one complaint, in different periods of time, for offenses that they have incurred very constantly.
There are also some exceptions.
