Seraph is a fallen angel, but not by choice.
She was captured and forced to wear the collar around her neck. It prevents her from flying and ever returning to Heaven. She's not able to remove the collar on her own and is searching for a way to remove it so she can return home.
She can perfom some magic, but it's minor things like small healing spells and whatnot. The collar restricts her from performing her heavenly magic.
She can hide her wings at will by casting a cloaking spell over them to keep them hidden from the humans of Earth.
