Make sure to read these terms if you're considering acquiring one of my designs (or if you already own one). By placing a bid or owning a design, you agree to these terms.

[★] General :

-These terms of service are subject to change at any time, with immediate effect.

- Please refrain from ghosting, stealing, or backbidding. If you find yourself unable to fulfill payment, kindly inform me instead of deleting your bid.

[★] Usage Restrictions:

- Avoid involvement in AI art or NFT activities.

- Claiming the art/design as your own is prohibited.

- I don't allow commercial use unless we've discussed it beforehand.

- Do not use my designs for offensive or inappropriate purposes. Avoid any use of characters I've designed that glorifies or romanticizes hate groups, political affiliations, slavery, p/dophilia, b/stiality, inc/st, or (basically any other malicious content)

[★] Design Ownership:

- You can trade, gift, or resell a design. 

- Selling a design for more than you paid is not allowed unless it includes extra art (personal art does not increase value).

- Do not sell designs obtained through trade / gift; they don't have value once exchanged or gifted. Only sell if you have bought commissioned art.

[★] Design Management:

- Co-owning a design is okay, but please ensure it's clear that the design is co-owned. Having two profiles for co-owning is also okay.

- Avoid deleting my designs; while not mandatory, it's appreciated if you avoid complete deletion; privatizing is okay.

- You can modify the character's design and gender, but it should still be recognizable.

[★] Credit and Redistribution:

- Always provide proper credit when displaying or sharing the art online.

- Avoid widespread copying and redistribution of designs purchased from me.

[★] Other:

- Converting my design into a closed species is okay, but keep in mind that many species have their own rules that might be different from mine.

do not trade my designs to people on the blacklist. those who assist blacklisted individuals to get my designs will also be added to the blacklist.
