Personality: Elizeus is a person who believes very strongly in his morals, and will follow through on them nearly regardless of the odds. The most important of these morals is to always find the truth, an ideal he holds very close to his heart. However, due to the environment he grew up in, his regard for the truth typically ends here, and he chooses to distance himself from any effort to reveal or disguise the truth, leaving it up to those involved. While working, he acts composed and fairly amiable, as he is very determined not to let his secret get out, and tries to put most of his own emotions to the side in favor of accomplishing a goal (be it the investigation or keeping his secret). The real Elizeus, however, would much rather just speak his mind and drop the formalities. A shame that he only rarely gets to reveal this part of himself.

Other:

-Since only females are allowed to be in Caerulus, Elizeus has to pretend that he's female while he's working, hence the long hair and mask (which changes his voice to sound more feminine). He was born male and knows he's male, but he has to pretend to be a female to work in Caerulus

-Rubeus(the government) is aware of this, and so are most members of Caerulus. In fact, it was their idea that he do so, since his detective skills were so outstanding and Elizeus really wanted to be a detective. It also happens to be one of their trump cards for ensuring his continued loyalty to them

-He saved Fenix from something a long time ago in the past, but he doesn't realize that Fenix is the person he saved

-Spends the majority of his time trying to hunt down Fenix for his job. Until they started dating and then Elizeus's world just flipped upside down

-Raised and trained to be alright with very immoral and inhumane things, but being around Fenix teaches him that no these things are not okay and that he has been lied to

Design Notes:

-Wears the mask whenever he's working for Caerulus. When he's not working, he doesn't wear it

-He has two ponytails, the shorter high ponytail and the longer low ponytail

-He wears light blue gloves

-The horn-thing is not a part of his body. It's a piece of the Caerulus uniform used to transmit and receive information and messages. He doesn't wear it when he's not working with Caerulus
