Kaede Kyouya

About Kaede: A boastful male who is absolutely full of himself. He owns too many mirrors to count and has an undeniable god-complex. He believes all others are below him and just filth beneath his feet. He doesn't necessarily dislike those who oppose him, rather, he is amused by them and believes they are just 'too foolish' to recognize him as the god he is, however, if they persistently dismiss or scold him, he starts to show his more childish side. He is probably the definition of narcissistic.. He's a germaphobe and dislikes anything that could risk getting his perfectly white fur dirty. He fawns over shiny things and desires to possess anything shiny he comes across. He is greedy and selfish and doesn't know the meaning of 'sharing', its foreign to him. He has no friends due to his massive ego; aka, nobody is able to put up with him, and because of this, he is lonely, though, since he's so prideful, he'd never admit it.

Extra: - When taking damage or getting highly upset or enraged, his body will start to crack like a mirror but will regenerate over time if the damage is not too severe.
- He is a decent of the moon (or atleast believes he is)

Background: He was raised outside of the capital, in a shrine far from the residents even in the farmlands. He was raised by a pair of middle-class dairy farmers. His father was a man who believed all griffians were descended from the moon. He refused to believe anything else and was looked upon as 'crazy' or outlandish by his neighboring griffians, so he took his wife into the wilderness of griffia where no griffians ventured and he built their home, a temple and shrine made entirely out of marble. One day, a small fornlee could be heard crying in the forest. When he found the kit however, he was in awe.. The lee was born with pure white fur, and he believed this was a sign that the kit was the deity sent from the moon itself. With this belief in mind, he and his wife raised the child as if it were a god. They gave him anything and everything he could have wanted and praised him constantly, rarely ever scolding him. Thus, he came to believe he was a deity as well as he grew older. However, one day, his parents realized they were running low on resources, and not wanting to disappoint their young deity, they ventured into the capital, and..too close to the castle... They never returned back to that marble shrine and Kaede was left alone to fend for himself as a young kit. He had to learn quickly how to feed himself and survive off the land since he'd never come in contact with any griffians other than his parents and never had to do anything for himself before that. When he finally discovered there was others outside the shrine that didn't respect and praise him like his parents, he became resentful of the world outside his shrine.
