... Huh. It is quite anti-climatic, but truth be told, it is also as you would expect of someone like him.
You are now faced with a snazzy, spruced up businessman, dressed in his businessman suit, with his businessman hat. How would you know? The briefcase, glasses and impatient look on his face could also hint you onto something. He would go anywhere now, though, as here you are, confronted to the source of her sorrow and ills. It's time to send his arse to the moon and back.
[No take backs for him.]
Frankly, I could not care what happens to the government next. It's dismantled anyways.
However, you are not to be in my office, right now.
Encounter
Thanks to Betty's precisions, you figured out the address of Henry's mansion -- and by extension, his workplace. The shore was truly a sight to behold, but now was now the time to catch your breath; it's time to get down to business. You might wanna get past the lines of fishermen fishing out fishy things first, though.
[Time to sea where this is going.]
As you cross the door, to the other side of the main hall, you are already confronted by a large sun-lit office, of navy blue and golden tapestry and decorations, a map of the tri-county region plastered on the wall furthest to the back. The main desk table of polished woodwork is stacked with files reserved to adverted eyes (so, certainly not yours), and a jar filled with... oysters shells? You would rather not tell- for just behind it is standing the figure of no other than Henry Haznau Neim, the current CEO of the gross-inducing canned oysters company. He is now holding what looked like a heart-shaped locket in one hand, and his briefcase in another. Was he planning to just depart without anyone's notice?
[Negotiate a beating with him]

theme
ATK TYPE: Elemental
This type of knife may not be strong enough to stab right through you, but it is powerful enough, at least, to leave a couple gashes in your abdomen. (Causes 6 Bleeding)
ATK TYPE: Elemental
Henry throws a spoilt clam at target, dealing [Moxie] Stench points.
ATK Type: Debuff
The cold and salty air of the shore is probably not the best odor to fight with. Not for the good of you, at least. (-3 to Stats debuff)
ATK Type: Physical
Exactly what you would expect him to do. It's his job to can seafood for the people to eat, but this time, he wanted to do a little demonstration using your knuckles. With his cane. Which is pointy. (Deals [Moxie] + 4 Physical damage to one target.)
Tricks and tips to get past Henry's fight:
- Alternatively, in the cutscene pre-fight, you can [Throw him out of the window] by having minimum 10 Main Stat + Passive.
- This boss has no second form.
- After you're done dealing with the boss, you cannot return in his lair. Make sure to do all the looting before you go away from it.
- You can take as many turns as possible to defeat Henry, even if it is to just surrender in the middle of the fight.
Drops
Cherished Locket . Inside this seemingly regular heart locket is found Betty's greatest treasure; all of her cherished ones are gathered in one single photography. She seemed to be insistent on keeping it, so you complied and did. (Accessory/+5 HP regen per turn)
Oyster Knife . Whooie, this sure smells. But soon, you will get used to the iodic smell of that blade, and surprise your opponents about your opening skills of a clam (which you didn't know you had till now). (Off-hand item/deals Main Stat + 6 bleeding)
Refined Fishing Rod . (Obtained by looting Henry's office, after defeating him)
A fishing rod made for skilled fishermen. You can feel like this one has crossed all sorts of seas, and fished many treasures of the depths. You now do feel like a pro, by swaying the hook to your next target, whether for fortune or rumble. (Weapon/Deals your Moxie + 2 Cold damage/More chance of fishing out items when equipped)
