About: Ylizaveta, better known as Miss Yeli, is the owner of the Merry Elnük Inn, located in an outpost within the South Freljord. She is kind and welcoming to any weary traveler, especially thought passing through the treacherous Ironspike Mountains to get to Noxus. While she is a generous mother figure, let her appearance not fool anyone -- she is tough and assertive, especially after having lived through many critical events within the Freljord's history. Miss Yeli does have a tail, but it is hidden under her coat.
