General Rules

I do not care what kind of storylines or content you make for designs you own from me, you are free to use them as you please—the only exceptions to this being that you should not use them for malicious purposes and should not create content regarding them with malicious intent.

Please do not remove any of my designs off of ToyHouse. If you need to private them or otherwise hide them from public view, set them to authorize only and authorize me to view them or message an access key to me.

Please do not trade my designs off-site as I then cannot keep track of them once they're off of ToyHouse.

Do not attempt to remove my credits from any designs I've created, even if you redesign or change it.

Blacklisted Users

Designs by me that you or others own cannot be traded to, gifted to, sold to, co-owned with, or otherwise transferred to those who are listed below. Do not give access to my works to any of these users, if I catch you having done so after the date of when they were added you will be added to this blacklist and any of my designs transferred to the blacklisted user(s) in question may be revoked. Do not harass, pester, distress, or otherwise bother or cause harm to any users listed, this is not a list of people to hunt and attack, this is simply a list of users that you're prohibited from giving my works to.

Users listed are still subject to the rules above.

I have the right to blacklist anybody who makes me feel very uncomfortable or unsafe, I also have the right to do so without notification if I feel that is better for my own safety; on top of this, I have the right to keep my reasons for blacklisting a user private unless necessary.

I also have the right to revoke or repurpose any designs traded to users on this blacklist after the date of which users were listed.

Please keep these rules in mind to avoid discomfort between us.
