The leader of the hunter morays. Turret is a big and intimidating moray, however he's also very charming and convincing. He has a huge power of persuasion and this is what made him the ruler of Mt. MoRay. He's the responsible for the Biv Incident and it makes him highly feared by everyone, including other moray eels.
