Personality

Robin believes she is the center of her universe, and it shows. Whether she affords other people the bare minimum of politeness and respect depends entirely on her own opinion of their strength (whether physical or mental). This makes her not a pleasant person to be around in any sense, even if she does have a positive opinion of you (this will immediately get replaced at the first sign of weakness, after all). However, she pulls no punches in battle or in conversation. So if nothing else, you can trust she isn't lying to you.

Background

Little is known about Robin's history before joining the AoM. She was part of a family of mages, and from a young age she was praised for her power and trained hard every day to improve. Another child might have withered under the pressure, but Robin thrived, finding the constant excitement to be wonderful. She never quite was able to keep friends for too long, but she didn't mind that.

She's a firm believer in the AoM's core ideal of mages being inherently superior to other people, so she eagerly joined the organization in early adulthood... and stayed put, even though she didn't like Faviola, the new leader. As long as Faviola doesn't interfere with her activities as combat division head, she doesn't care. Her position allows her to train the mages underneath her just as hard as she once did, praising those who succeed and discarding those who don't. She hasn't made any friends here, either, but she's definitely not here to do anything like that. This is just a way for her to keep pushing herself even further.
