Janus's Ownership

-My designs should not be sold for more than their original price. this includes markdowns in secondhand sales. 

-My designs may be vouchered for no more than 150% of the original selling price. this is to include allowance for commissioned pieces and sentimental value

-My designs may be traded with no restrictions if the above rules do not apply.

-Simplification edits (for ease of drawing), alternate forms, edits minor and major are all allowed as long as the original piece stays intact. any designs attached to/based off of a design I've made must be resold/traded with the original design. with the exception of my own CS

-if a design of mine is in one of my own active closed species*, you may not make major edits to the design without consulting me and going through the proper approval channels. any sub-characters or AU designs must be traded with the character. 

use of any design I make in a defamatory or otherwise offensive manner will result in blocklisting from further design interactions

*(I will say in the character's toyhouse description or somewhere on their sale page if they are part of an inactive CS idea and therefore fall under non-cs rules. In the case I later revive the CS, any previous owners will have the option of changing their designs to be added to the new masterlist)
