A man without a 'band' or a plan, Porter is a master of both keys and strings and often takes to the streets to vent out his feelings through playing.

Porter is very quiet and often keeps to himself, lacking the ability to talk verbally to others very well. Only when Porter forms an emotional bond or strong friendship is he able to talk to the other person, some exceptions are made. His one man band, while being mostly instramentals, sometimes features his singing although almost never done live. He struggles a lot with self identification and who he is and who he wants to be. nothing is clear cut for him and it often leaves him anxious.

Porter grew up on the far end of Parappa town having a passion for drawing, often sitting in the back of the class doodling on his work rather than actually working on it. He was never really able to focus well which resulted in most failing grades. Despite this he managed to pass and graduate with the help of his friend Matt Major. Porter took up music after realising how much music effects those around him and how much it has an effect on the town. He started with piano, moved on to violin, and then finally learned guitar.
