Snuggles

Snuggles is very clearly a moth. She stands up to 3'8, or approximately 115 centimeters. Her fur color is a soft cream color with the occasional pale yellow gradiant. Her eyes are a dark gray, but if you are lucky, you might be able to see a soft yellow glow from them on occasion. She is often wearing a leather belt around her waist, typically carrying her gear such as bottles, little leather pouches, and a large strap to hold onto her large Book that she carries alongside with her. On occasion, she also carries a Lyre made of Pale ore.

Design Notes

• The way Snuggles' fur is designed is inspired by how The Radiance's fur is within her sprite. For example, the fur "skirt" ruffles around her waist.
• The moths that Snuggles is roughly based off of are the Common Silk moth (mainly), and a species of Tiger Moth.

Soon, the Old Light began to fall from her grace. With not one of her creations having her in their minds and hearts, she makes one final cry for help. A child was created like those before them, but with some changes. A moth made of pure light essence and the blood of the goddess...

Now given life, this new child of light was given one large task. To keep the Old Light within her mind, and to expand her memory across the land. Since being created by this Goddess, the child does not object to these tasks. She will do anything to appease her mother, and keep them alive. She loves her mother, and appreciates the life that was given to her...At least at first.

General History

Snuggles was born out of panic from The Radiance to keep her memory alive, and to have a source of power. A forgotten God is just as good as a dead God. Snuggles is the very thing that is currently keeping the Old Light alive, for this takes place at a point in time right before the infection, but after the loss of her people that worshipped her. During her life, Snuggles is tasked to train and hone her Light Magic, but also balance the life of her Mother on her shoulders along side with trying to find time to do things that she personally desires to do. Due to the infection and how Snuggles is as a bug, she is quite secluded within the highest point of the kingdom, Hallownest's Crown. Eventually, she will complete her goal to help The Radiance gain followers again. She may have to leave Hallownest to find other moths, but that is something she is willing to do in the future.

Trivia

• One of Snuggles' goals is to recreate the Moth tribe, however she wishes to fix the mistakes that caused it's downfall and to strengthen it to help it last for generation.
• Snuggles will eventually learn about all the other Higher Beings, and she will do anything to do so. Even with how difficult some of the other Higher beings may be. It is a special interest of hers. She desires to know if the stories that her mother tells her are true, or if they are fabercated and or over-dramatized.
• She has some interesting bonds with certain characters (Mine and others). Bonds will be stated under her Links.
